OPS POS — Multi-tenant Point of Sale

Our own SaaS POS used daily in Pakistani shops: offline-first PWA, Khata, FBR invoicing, Urdu receipts, courier booking, WhatsApp bot and an Android kiosk with customer display.

Why we built it

Every POS we tried for clients assumed a stable internet connection and card payments. Pakistani shops need the opposite: sales must go through during load-shedding, most customers pay cash or on udhaar, and FBR wants a digital invoice with a QR on the receipt. So we built our own.

What it is

  • A progressive web app that keeps the cart, checkout, receipts and Khata entries working with no internet, then syncs automatically when the connection returns.
  • Multi-tenant: each shop has its own sub-domain, isolated data, PIN-based staff logins with per-section permissions, and nightly off-site backups.
  • Khata ledger for customers and suppliers, FBR / PRA / SRB / KPRA / BRA digital invoicing, Urdu and English interface with proper RTL receipts, JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast at checkout.
  • Courier booking and tracking for PostEx, TCS, Leopards and Trax; WhatsApp receipts and Khata reminders; multi-branch stock transfers and combined reports.
  • An Android kiosk build with a customer-facing display for counter setups, and a two-way stock sync with the online stores we build.

The result

OPS POS is used daily in shops across Pakistan and is the system behind the stock sync on alhaya.pk. It is software only — it runs on the PCs, tablets and thermal printers shops already own. See the product page for plans and a free trial.
