Common questions
How much does a website or online store cost?
A complete online store is a one-time Rs 10,000 build; product upload (Rs 5,000 per 10–20 products) and product graphic work (Rs 10,000 per 10–20 products) are optional add-ons. Business websites also start from Rs 10,000 — see the Pricing page. Every project gets a written fixed quote before we start, so there are no surprises. You also pay for your own domain and hosting (about Rs 6,000–10,000 a year) directly to the provider.
Do I have to pay every month?
Not for websites and stores — those are one-time builds that run on your own hosting. OPS POS is a monthly subscription (from Rs 4,000) because we host, back up and update it for you. Optional care plans for websites are available if you want us to maintain the site.
How long does it take?
A one-page website: about a week. An online store: usually 1–2 weeks once we have your logo, categories and product details. OPS POS: your shop can be live in five minutes; a full counter setup with printer and products takes a day.
Do you work with businesses outside Lahore?
Yes — most of our clients are in Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan and smaller cities. Everything is done over WhatsApp and screen-share, including POS setup on your own printer and PC. Nothing ever needs a visit.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
Yes. Every website and store comes with an admin panel where you change text, photos, prices, products and banners yourself — from a phone if you like. We give you a training session and a written guide.
