OPS POS was designed around how retail in Pakistan actually works: electricity that comes and goes, customers who buy on udhaar, tax authorities that want digital invoices, and receipts that need to be readable by everyone behind the counter. Every shop is isolated and backed up
Each shop gets its own web address (yourshop.1pagesolution.net). Your data is fully isolated from every other shop, connections are 256-bit SSL encrypted, PINs are hashed and never stored as plain text, and a nightly off-site backup keeps a copy safe. You can export products, customers and orders to a file at any time — it is your business and your data.
Runs on what you already have
OPS POS is software — there is nothing to buy from us. Any PC, laptop, Android tablet or phone with a browser works. Thermal printers connect over USB or Bluetooth and USB barcode scanners just work. We connect your existing devices during setup and, if you need new ones, tell you which models to buy from your local market.

Common questions about OPS POS
How does FBR digital invoicing work?
When you enable FBR (or your provincial authority — PRA, SRB, KPRA, BRA) in Settings and add your POS registration number and access code, every sale is pushed to the tax authority in real time and the receipt prints an invoice number plus a verification QR. It is per-shop and off by default, so you only turn it on if you are required to. You can start selling immediately and enable it later.
What happens when the bijli or internet goes?
The POS keeps working with no internet — cart, checkout and receipts all queue on the device. The moment the connection returns, queued sales upload automatically in the background; you do not press anything. Load-shedding never stops a sale or loses one.
What if I cross my plan’s monthly order limit?
The order count resets on the 1st of every month, so a normal shop starts fresh each month. If you regularly cross it, upgrade a tier and the higher cap applies instantly. Your data is never touched and nothing is charged automatically.
Is my business data safe?
Every shop’s data is fully isolated — one shop can never see another’s products, orders or customers. Connections are 256-bit SSL encrypted, PINs are hashed with bcrypt, and a nightly off-site backup keeps a copy safe even if something happens to the server.
How do my staff log in?
Each shop gets its own web address (yourshop.1pagesolution.net). Staff open it and sign in with their name and a 4-digit PIN. You control exactly what each staff member can see with per-section permissions — POS only, or inventory, reports and more.
Can I cancel anytime? Is there a contract?
