Quotes and payment
Every website and store project starts with a written quote on WhatsApp or email. Work begins after the agreed advance is received; the balance is due before the site goes live. Prices are in Pakistani rupees.
What you provide
For website and store projects you provide the domain name, hosting, logo, product photos and content. We can recommend and set up hosting for you, but the account is registered in your name and you own it.
Ownership
Your domain, hosting account, database and all content you supply are yours. The store and website software is licensed to you for use on that domain; it is not sold as source code for redistribution.
OPS POS subscriptions
OPS POS is billed monthly per the plan you choose. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. You can export your products, customers and orders at any time.
Support
Every project includes hand-over training and a support period stated in the quote. Ongoing care plans are available separately.
