Appointments, patient history, prescriptions and billing in one system that the reception and doctors use from the same screen.
The challenge
A small clinic with two doctors was losing patient files and keeping appointments in a diary. Reception needed a fast way to issue tokens, doctors needed the patient’s history in front of them, and the owner wanted to see the day’s cash without asking anyone.
What we built
- Token-based appointments with a live waiting list for each doctor.
- Patient records with full visit history, notes, and printable prescriptions on the clinic’s letterhead.
- Billing per visit with services and lab charges, plus a daily and monthly cash report.
- Works on the reception PC and the doctors’ tablets from the same login, on shared hosting.
The result
Paper files were replaced within the first month. Every patient’s history is one search away, and the owner checks the day’s collection from their phone. Quoted per clinic — ask for a demo.
